Deleting Your BlockRivals Account

This page is provided so you can request account deletion without installing the BlockRivals game on your phone. Installing the app is not required.

1. Delete from inside the app (recommended)

You can permanently delete your account from inside the app while connected to the server:

Open the game and tap SETTINGS on the main menu.
On the account card in Settings, tap MANAGE ACCOUNT.
In the sheet that opens, tap the red DELETE ACCOUNT button at the bottom of the list.
In the "DELETE ACCOUNT?" confirmation dialog, tap DELETE PERMANENTLY — this action cannot be undone.

2. App not installed or no access — request by email

You can request account deletion without installing the app. Just email the address below with "Account Deletion Request" as the subject line, and include your BlockRivals username and a contact where we can reach you (preferably the same email address) in the message.

What happens next? Your request is processed within a reasonable time after identity verification (see Section 4), and you will be notified by email. Right now requests are handled manually by the support team rather than through an automated in-app path; this does not prevent you from exercising your right.

3. What's deleted vs. what's retained

When your deletion request is completed:

What happens when your account is deleted, and how long it takes.

Your community posts and comments	The content stays, your username is deleted — the post shows as "Deleted user"	When the request is completed (the name is removed immediately)

Past match/score/move records	Retained a while longer with your username removed (de-identified) — so other players' match history and leaderboard integrity are not disrupted	For as long as competitive integrity requires; your identity is never re-linked to these records
Legal / security / abuse-investigation records	May be retained in limited form	Until the legal obligation or investigation concludes
Local settings and cache files on your device	Account deletion does NOT automatically clear these	Remain on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its data

To be honest: we can't promise that "everything is deleted instantly and without a trace." A competitive game needs to preserve the integrity of past matches, so some records may be retained in de-identified form. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Identity verification

To prevent your account from being misused by someone else, we may ask you for additional verification when you submit a deletion request (e.g. information about the device you last used or your registration date).
